System Engineer (m/w/d), full-time, Bonn & Remote

That's what it's all about

Together with our customers in Bonn and the surrounding area, we develop customized IT solutions directly on site. We ensure that their IT infrastructures run stably, securely and efficiently, thus creating the basis for their success. We are therefore looking for an experienced System Engineer (m/f/d) to provide IT services both directly at our customers' premises and remotely from the home office. Proximity to Bonn is essential in order to be able to offer fast and competent support at all times.

Your tasks

Microsoft 365 cloud services planning, management, consulting (and other cloud services)
Consulting, design and implementation of complex IT infrastructure projects in the areas of compute, storage, HCI, backup, virtualization and hybrid cloud
Technical IT support for our customers
Error analysis and troubleshooting as well as documentation of IT environments
You are jointly responsible for the quality and definition of new best practice standards and processes
You keep an eye on trends and the competition and independently develop new ideas for our product portfolio
You already have at least 3 years of experience as a system engineer in the areas we are looking for

Your profile

You already have at least 3 years of experience as a system engineer in the areas we are looking for
Good knowledge in the area of Microsoft Active Directory, cloud, network, Azure, Microsoft 365, network, virtualization, IT security
You work in a structured, analytical, results-oriented and independent manner
You have a flair for good and confident customer contact
Very good spoken and written German and English skills
